Congrats! It has been wet in my area and the backyard is getting muddy. It does not help that the dogs are chasing the squirrels! It is supposed to be dry for a few days and I hope the sun is out for the yard to dry.

Lovely pics.. how is his eyesight?
But he still feels the beautiful glow of that beachside sunset. Great pictures!
@sonnyboy:
thank you he has no remaining eyesight…
Looks like he is getting along very well!
Beautiful pictures, he looks so sweet
How is he handling without his sight?

That's wonderful to hear. Truly amazing how these guys can adapt with losing their eyesight, although I suppose compared to humans, they have much stronger senses in other areas (scent, etc) to help cope with it.
I'm sure knows he's still handsome.
It is amazing that they can adapt to the loss of their eyesight so well. I have known other dogs who have gone blind and if you didn't know it, you'd not notice it right away. So glad he is doing well - I'm sure he appreciates that you take him places to use all his other senses and enjoy his life.
Thank you all for kind words about Sonny. He really is an amazing dog & such a joy. the other night at the park he took off chasing after a grey hound…it sure was a sight that had everyone laughing! :p
such wonderful pics! thanks for sharing. i think he must have such a wonderful life. i sort of miss the beach sometimes.
oh Sonny..you look smashing.
I am so happy to hear that even though he has lost one of his biggest senses, he still remains his happy self…so nice to hear.
Enjoying the warmth of the sun is something he will always be able to do, maybe even more so than a dog with his eyesight remaining. Bless his little heart..
Sonny looks great…and very happy! Thanks for sharing the photos, it's great to see him looking so good!
Lovely pictures of Sonny. His blindness is obviously not affecting his enjoyment of life.
how old is he?
