Hey, excellent! I just checked to see if it was up a few days ago and it wasn't, so this is breaking news. I hope everyone enjoys and learns from it. It's geared for people who have never done agility before, so do feel like it will be over you head or too indepth.

That was very nice for a first try. She will improve greatly as she becomes more seasoned. Beautiful little gal. You're doing well with her. Heck, just getting a Basenji to do all that is a triumph. I thought it was cute how she went around to greet the judges. Such a little ambassador.:D

I'm sure Roo will do fine. Zest says in order to do the weaves, it's important to hold your tongue right. [image: 2463315740026671477S425x425Q85.jpg] Those are her weave poles. I asked hubby for a six pole set (because I got tired of separating the 12 pole set), so he made a set and decided they should be pink for the princess. I call it Eukanuba pink and tell her we're practicing for the Invitational <gg>. Have fun!</gg>

I was thiking of getting my pup into agility since she loves to run like the wind, maybe lure coursing too. How old would be the perfect age?

Hi I just started mica on Rally I- we are into the second week - we are learning left turn - right turn - front - weave between cones and it is alot of fun. I did not use clicker training before this dog training class but mica catches on very easily - after I took a private class with her on clicker training. I also found out you can do rally I with non-akc dogs also for competition which makes me happy, too. Mica likes to be sociable with all the other dogs (only three others) at the class - so sometimes she wants to say hello hello to everyone, including the trainer. But when she concentrates, she does quite well. It takes work and practice. The only thing is the dog school seems too serious, sometimes, but since I want to work with her, I will work through this class. BaMicas mom
