Home(s) needed due to death of owner

Basenjis For Sale or Wanted
  • Looking for an agility basenji? A rally basenji? Or a coursing basenji? Show dog?

Would you like all four in one complete and mature package?

There is a 4 1/2 year old, red and white, male whose owner died unexpectedly earlier this month who has been started in all of the above. I beleive he currently sports 2 RN legs, has his JC, earned BOB in a recent ASFA trial, has been training in Agility and has 5 conformation points.

He is currently with his breeder but will need a home, as will his older kennel mate who I beleive also has a series of titles to her name.

email Chris (the breeder) at: LothlorienBasenjis@gmail.com

    Thanks.

  • Aw. These stories always break my heart. :(

  • Sounds like an excellent Jr's dog! I hope both of them find a home soon.

Shes super smart. I just wanna see her go to someone who has more time for a puppy. I have yet to hear back from BRAT about posting her on the site under Mixes. She's very dog friendly and SUPER playful.

@Roxy: And what's the most often phrase for breeding low quality folks like yourself? "I was drunk." nice punchline. This thread is out of hand.

@jmcduff: We were able to pickup Tyson from Kelli and brought him home on Monday. His new buddies Chevy (Tri-female) and Chase (RW-male) are beginning to accept Tyson into our home. Chase has no problem but Chevy is very protective of us and very bitchy toward Tyson. After two days she is getting better. Chase he doesn't care he just goes with the flow. The first night was interesting but we made it through. Our B's sleep in our bed and Chevy wasn't too happy about having to share with Tyson. She doesn't bother him when they are outside together it is mostly inside our house which she is very protective. I have attached a picture of all them together. Ha! Her body language says it all!!! Good luck, and I hope things get better and better! Beautiful dog family there!
