@JENGOSMonkey I WAS THERE FOR '89! I was a kid, but I remember the water coming out of the swimming pool in huge waves and everything falling from the shelves! I was actually born in San Jose, but moved around a lot later LOL I hear the wildfires are more of a concern for you guys now? That's scarier than quakes for me...

I had to share this because it makes me grin ear to ear, and tear up a bit.
This is a blog post from the people who adopted our last foster Buddy. They just had a baby a few weeks ago.
I actually took the pic, it is right beside my dining room table, where he is trying to stuff himself into a cat bed.
Buddy was a sweet boy, and a very fun foster, and I am so happy that he has a good home.

Very nice Nicole..makes me feel warmth in my heart, knowing people like you care so much to foster and people like Buddy's "parents" care to adopt, "even" though they are bringing human babies into the mix. Warm feeling indeed.
