Yes it is! I decided to try it once just to test it out. Well, it was awesome! We spent most of our time in a big open field and his recall was surprisingly good. There were even a few people who commented on how well he listened. Given that there are no traffic concerns and there isn't really anywhere for him to hide, I think I'll keep taking him there.

suki is a female and weighs just 13.5. i think she's going to be a petite little thing! she's all legs at this point.
