No more fishy shaped chicken nugget

    We had McDonalds dinner and I had chicken nuggets, I'm sitting here on the couch eatting. I pull out this chicken nugget that is shaped like a fish. I turn to my DH and say "look it's fishy shaped" and at that very instant all I here is the sound of teeth crunching into my fishy shaped chicken nugget and it disappears from my hand from a dark colored blur :eek:

    Now I am short one chicken nugget and the other dogs believe that they need a chicken nugget also LOL

    They know when they've been short changed, don't they? I was eating some potato chips today and the dogs were staring me down so I'd give them some. I gave Duke one then Daisy one. Then Duke the last one. Daisy really got upset as she was jumping and clawing me for more. I told her I was sorry and that she'd get the extra piece next time. Ha ha! Do you know, she quieted down? I think they understand everything I say!

    LOL When I I was done eating I gave the other two half of one each, of course the chicken nugget thief thought he needed another one.

    Humm, I only eat at the table….my pack loves yogurt....I'm kinda strick on begging, so they don't. But yogurt is what they will beg for and I share

    I know it's bad, but I share flour tortillas. I eat them randomly and will toss Medjai a little piece of one. He likes to play with it more than eat it, but he also like to eat it.

    Hi @Vesna, it’s interesting you say that about the spay. Our tri-color actually just got spayed this week and her coat shed before that. I noticed small amount of black hair growing in where she shed, hopefully it grows back. What phase is your tri-color at? Did this just happen?

    Ah ok cool thanks, I had something like that when Safi was smaller and it was the most successful for sure. She outgrew it quite quickly though

    We use ones from Rukka. Not sure if they’re available everywhere but they are they best ones we have tried (others always fell off, especially in deep snow). I think having two Velcro closures on each sock has been key. I also prefer the soft shell ones as our B seems to accept them more and they don’t twist as much as the ones with a hard sole.     @heavenpups said in Raw chicken/meat: Yes, they could but sometimes it would depend on your dog if they want raw. In my case, they don't so I have to bake it for 15-20 minutes. Cooked chicken bones splinter. I would be very careful about baking them for any length of time.

    problem with using a hot wire is that we have already tried that at the base of the pen when she was digging out and that never stopped her…we have also seen her hit the hot wire used in the cow pen at the trailer and that didn't phase her. Each time she has hit the wires nd kept going our first reaction us to check the wires and every time they have indeed been on and "HOT." We are working to secure the base of the pen as well as creating a cover to keep rain and provide shade while allowing a breeze and ventilation for the pen. In the meantime she is either in a borrowed kennel in the yerd directly beside the house that i can see from my room, in the house with me, or in the crate.
