Hello everyone,
i would like to join your Basenji community.We have had a Basenji for 11 1/2 years. Very sadly we lost him aged 14 1/2 in February of this year. I feel as if there is a great big gap in my life now despite having several other pets.
In time i hope we will have another one. Meanwhile i will enjoy hearing about other peoples Basenjis. Will post some pics of Benji when i work out how to do it, lol. -

Benjis breeder was Mrs B Farlam (Brimsan), his full name was Chief Yogel. DOB 17/09/94.
I am going to try putting some pics of him , still getting used to this forum.

I am so sorry about your loss and look forward to hearing about Benji. We all look forward to hearing all about it when you do feel ready to add another basenji to your family. You mention other animals…what else to do you have?

Hi Pat,
thanks for the welcome. We have a very large Dog called Max, he's a bit like a giant Labrador and weighs 8 1/2 stone, he's 11 years. We also have two tabby cats who are brothers Tom and Jerry
