  • They look like they are having so much fun!! You can almost see the griins on their faces.

  • What great pics! Looks like Willy can hold his own. The pups I have now have never even seen snow! I wonder what they'd do?

  • B_boy…those are FANTASTIC pics...you definitely are making good use of your camera.

It is awesome to see them having so much fun in the snow...and I have to agree, the only reason Willy is getting chased is he is easier to see! :D :D :D

I can't wait until Ruby has a friend to chase her...and for Ru to chase her friend around the yard. These are the pics that definitely tell me she needs a friend!!!!:D :D :D :D :D :D

  • Such great pictures! They all look like they're having a blast! :)

  • Thanks all, you're comments always make me want to shoot more…..glad you enjoy them.

The question remains......why won't they go out when it's wet from rain, but they love the snow..........it's wet?????

  • Great photos! I love the last one of a happy dog in a flat-out run! What a smile! I'm glad to see Willy holding his own!
    More, more, more, please!

  • Nothing like great pics of Basenji Park :D :D :D I so LOVE LOVE LOVE their faces with ears back & having a great time…it warms my heart :)

Oh BDawg...you poor girl. Sounds like a scary experience. Although in all fairness those dogs do look like prey to me. What could Lexi do but chase it :D :D I say we take a drive to Basenji Park....we haven't had any real snow up by me :(

You better hurry, it's melting fast today!

You both are always welcomed…............I'm coming to Jersey to see that new house first!!!!!:D

  • Our yard is more like "Basenji Pit stop" :D :D :D it's no Basenji Park but they enjoy it & I can relax because it's completely fenced in..WHEW!! :)

Although we have enough fence to put some 'senji silhouettes & signs ;)

@Chealsie508: Would you expect anything less from princess Ava?? Lmao I'm lucky that Oakley doesn't throw a tantrum, he looks pathetic the first few times every year I out them on but after that he gets it, how much does Ava weigh? LOL– Ava always has an opinion, and she always makes it known! :) She weighs 22 lbs, and it's a struggle keeping her there. She looooves food. All kinds of food. She's the most food-motivated dog I've ever had. Luckily, it's usually not that cold here. Finicky Miss Ava can go without boots, but Oakley, Zest! and other cold climate Bs need them a lot more-- especially this winter!

@myran: Did it happen when his family jewels were examined som Basenji boy´s can be very protective about them.Anyway it doesn´t have to mean anything can be just part of his growing process better luck next time. You know you have a sweet boy who loves the world so do not wreck your head about it. I don't know exactly.. but he had no problems with the judge looking at his teeth. And yes.. I know he's the sweetest in the world.. so I'm not worried about him randomly biting people ;) I just hope he won't learn from this experience that it is ok to growl/snap and will repeat it again…. We will definitly try to put some more energy in ring training again.
