I have always used a dremmel, then a finishing file to smooth. But on dogs with really dark nail, it is nearly impossible to see so I do a very small amount and check,drill, check .

@JKent I always enjoy seeing Ellie. Sheβs grown into such good looking Basenji. Good to see her leaning on her monkey!

Beautiful Basenji! Great pic!οΈ -
@jengosmonkey thank you. She has become much more affectionate in the last few months. Still has a special bond with my 9 year old, but is now also getting closer to the 15 year old (pictured).

@kembe thank you!

It's easy to downsize a picture. Pretty much every graphics program will do it, or if you are using a phone try e-mailing the picture to yourself. Most phones will give you an option for size when e-mailing a picture, so then you can save the downsized image and upload that.

@eeeefarm thsnks for the tip - I'll try it.

@eeeefarm it worked - I emailed it to myself and then uploaded it from downloads on my phone, rather than the photo gallery - thanks for the advice!

You are most welcome! I figured this one out from sending pictures in email from my iPod. With my desktop I have a good graphic utility and downsize specifically to the measurements I want, but phones can be trickier. Big files are unnecessary and many sites don't allow them, also a problem sending large files on email.
