Is Rocko a Basenji Mix?

Hi everyone!
I just adopted this beautiful little boy yesterday from a local animal shelter. I named him Rocko after the 90s cartoon Rocko's Modern Life. While I was walking around the shelter various people started throwing breed names at me as for what kind of mix Rocko is but nobody knew for sure. One of the breeds I was told was a Basenji mix of some sort, after looking them up online and thinking about his very quiet nature I thought maybe this fit him. I wasn't entirely sure so I decided to come to the experts that would know, other Basenji owners.
So, what do you guys think? Is he a Basenji? Does he have Basenji in him? Or do you think he's some other breed?
