Maya got 2nd to her sister,

here you are www.fossedata.co.uk and click on southern Counties then go to hound group drop down list

  • Hi Janneke,

It’s just that that there is a group of puppies coming out this month in the UK in June and we are all interested to see how things will pan out.

Southern Counties was the first show for the debut of the first of these puppies.

Blackpool is the next big show, and I think the majority will be out there.

    Steve,

    Steve,

Yes, That's clear to me now :D I'm just way too curious.. so I had to know :D
Now I only need you people to take pics of the new pups, so we can enjoy them too ;)

  • Rocco and I will be the last of the babies out in July, so we'll have to play catch-up with everyone else!

  • Hi Janneke,

It's good to be curious! Pictures are available via my profile (albums) and some other user forum profiles. Mine are not up to your standards though! I am not sure about pictures at the shows for now, I am too nervous after quarter of a centenary away from the ring.

I will post more in future but it is time consuming doing the resizing etc.

    Steve.

  • Hi Janneke,
Rocco has his own album on my profile page, from 3 days old onwards!

  • Well done Victoria and Rocco, thats a brilliant achievement!

Great article, I could have done with some of the lightweight clothing while climbing Pan Y Fan and Corn Du (Brecon Beacons) last week. We are just back from a week in Wales and we took in the show.

@youngandtired: To me that expression in the first pic looks like he is saying, "What's up everyone this is a piece of Cake! I love these pictures, and I can't believe how he has grown, seems like just yesterday you were posting pictures of your new puppy. He is very handsome, and I love the stacking. How do you teach them to do that!!!!! I would love to teach Sahara that only b/c I love the look, not to show her, I just think it looks so cool. Thanks, and yes – it does seem like just yesterday dh had that weak moment and let me bring another B home. ;) Stacking w/mine has been pretty easy. I do it just like I teach them to sit, etc. I hold a treat and tell them to "stand", and put my hand under the belly to keep them from sitting, tell them "good stand" and give the treat. Once they "get" that, I tell them to "hold" and keep them at a stand for a few seconds -- if they move their legs, I move the legs back and say "hold" again. Once they "get" that, I tell them "hold" and move their legs back a bit into position, telling them "hold". Really, only takes about twenty minutes total to get them to understand "hold".
