Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I live in Sacramento, California with my fiance and our three dogs (only one Basenji though). Our Basenji's name is Lana, she is a two-year-old tri color female. Actually, we are waiting to hear from a breeder, we have a deposit on a brindle Basenji puppy, we should be able to get her in a couple of weeks. We are very excited.

Please say hi to me, as I am new to this whole forum thing, and don't know exactly how it works yet.

The breeder I am getting the new puppy from is Carol Webb from Southern California. We are waiting on some tests to get done, so we can get our puppy girl. Can't wait!!!

We are going to have quite a pack when our second basenji arrives. The dogs we already have run around the yard like a pack of wolves and they are SOOOOO happy to see us when we come outside or when they come in, as if they haven't seen us for months… even if it's only a few minutes. And yes, then I hear a BAROOOOOO from Lana.

Oh Carol is great! I really enjoyed all the time we spent with So Cal breeders back in the day. I think we were at her place something like 3-4 hours. I remember her show pictures from way back that were in black and white….:eek:
