  • @nomrbddgs:

    Okay Pat-here they are!

    Winners bitch-Meisterhaus Dazzle'n'Daze

    Winners reserve Bitch-Arumbec's Dancing Queen

    Thanks Arlene!

  • OMG! A placement at the National is AWESOME!!!!

Way to go Arlene and Sugar!!! And Damisi too, of course!

It's time for a Happy Dance!

  • Hey Arlene, were they both in from the Bred By Class? I know Pat's C. Tri was…

  • Arlene,

Who handled Sugar in the class?
    Did you get a photo?
How many were in the class?

  • @nomrbddgs:

Sherwoods Something Sweet took fourth in the open tri class and Dalji's Damisi Dhati A Duara took third in the open b/w class. Congrats on the win Robyn!! Soemthing to be proud of!

Arlene, do you know who won the open tri class?

    Thanks :)

  • Pat-Both were in the Bred by Class. They had placed first and second in that class-there were a total of, I believe 18, but two(?) were absent.

Robyn-I handled Sugar-and she didn't even shut her eyes, but she did herself no favours either. So I was completely excited! There were 6 in the class, but still, fourth out of six is nothing to sneeze at. Jon was still looking very hard at her. She has good movement, she just doesn't have any pizzazz. I didn't get a photo with the judge, but I'm also not sure if my friend got any pics or Wanda Pooley either, I know she was taking pictures. I want to see if I can get the DVD's of just the girls. I'll have to see.

We, my friend and I, came with three dogs and we got placements on all three, so we are completely happy with that!

  • Andrea, I'll have to look and get back to you. I was so excited by my placement, I haven't looked yet!

  • Andrea, it was Skihi's French Kiss.

Congratulations to all of the dogs and your daughters, sounds like they had a wonderful time. Good size entries too! My Rufus was a little 'B' when he was in puppy (still can be if he feels like it) we entertained everybody with his antics, it does get better!

My favorite kind of pooch is a happy, tired, snuggly one, so yes. That and one who is up for a game of tag (when I am not pooped)

Pat Yes it´s good that one has to be taken when they are mature cause as you said too many "wonderpup´s" that do not age well.

@Janneke: I finally have his judge report. I tried to translate it to proper English.. but please correct me if I'm wrong.. Young breed representative of four months. Square construction. Elegant expression. Beautiful topline and outline. Splendid head with beautiful wrinkle formation. Small dark eye. Beautiful straight legs, bit stronger angulation on the hindquarter. Already beautiful forechest. Very well condition with supple skin. Moves gracefully and light-footedly. Already excellent show qualities. Beautiful presentation. I love how your shows have written critiques. This is not done at AKC dog shows so you never really know what the judge thinks about your dog unless they happen to make a comment.
