My new brindle bundle of joy…

Show Off Your Dog
  • Yes, Vice Versa would be really cute…. Meisterhaus Vice Versa!

  • LOL or cheat and make it Vi Viane.

Vexing Vixan – could call her vex, vix, Xan etc.

The only V halloween I can think of is vampire and you do NOT want to go there.

LOL dear spirits.. a list of V words http://www.crosswordsolver.org/definition/V

  • LOVE Vice Versa…... Vibrant Venus (I know I am stuck on Venus)...... one day I am going to name a puppy Yin and Yang.....

  • I like the Va-Va-Voom: Ava, Virtue and Vice: Emma, and the Vice Versa. The last is especially fitting as a red boy became the brindle girl. Funny how things work out…we also thought red boy and got the tri girl.

What's her personality like? There may be a name which really fits what she's like.

  • She is so beautiful - all those really cute wrinkles - the brindles are the cutest! Watch her and listen to yourself for a couple of weeks, and the name will keep showing up when you least expect it.

  • LOVE Vice Versa, too– it's very cute and very very fitting! Not sure what the Hollywood call name would be? Victor Victoria-- LOL.

Unfortunately, Vampira is spot on. She is bigtime teething and so mouthy. Her little gums are really bothering her, poor baby. She lost her first tooth yesterday-- and is 13 weeks old today!

The name she is responding best to is Zuzu-- and the VVs I've been trying to work out are:

    Meisterhaus Deja Vous Deja Vu
    "Zuzu"

    And then there's:

    Meisterhaus Virtue and Vice
    "Emma"

    Meisterhaus Va-Va-Voom
    "Ava"

    Meisterhaus Vice Versa
    ?

LOL-- the whole litter is now named!

  • Krunzer, Meisterhaus will be having a YY litter next year. Could there be a little Yin and Yang waiting for you? It's a wonderful name!

  • @TMartin:

She's very sweet and playful– always on the go so maybe her name should be Va-Va-Vroom or Vroom Vroom! She's also very clumsy-- bumping into things at full speed, tripping over her own feet and not really able to navigate stairs. I'm trying not to be a helicopter mom, but she just keeps taking tumbles. And here we are starting puppy agility class in March. LOL!

Your Kaia is from the TT litter, right? What did you end up choosing as her registered name?

  • I like Ava…

You should just call her Zoom, lmao!

Hopefully she'll be more coordinated by the time agility starts, though that would be highly amusing to watch!

Yes Kaia is from TT, I have not chosen anything for her registered name yet. I may just leave that up to Tad as I wouldn't even know where to begin, lol. Although it could be something with "tri" in there.

I was joking around with Therese from Fopaws this summer about a tri baby and she plans on breeding Miranda this fall. Maybe my Yin and Yang will be in that litter. Just have to get hubby on board for B no. Three!

Good luck with the naming…you have some wonderful names to pick from.

Haha– I was just kidding, but three sounds like a perfect number!

Totally. If she were the ZZ litter, I'd name her Zoom Zoom, for sure… and call her ZuZu.

Kaia is such a pretty name. Maybe something like:

    Tri and Tri Again
    Tri To Resist
    Tri Not To Laugh

  • What a cutie, I have her brindle uncle and two girl cousins.

  • TMartin…. how funny is this... One of my puppies that I called Mitten Foot because she had a brown leg with just white on her paw (and pastern) like her Mom, finally has a name.

It is Kaia.... which is Hawaiian "by the sea" and they live Santa Barbara. So both one of my Tri girls and your Tri girl have the same call name AND they are related by their parents! Small world, yes?

That is so weird. Kaia is not a popular name by far and has different meanings depending on where you look ("by the sea", "pure", and "earth" among others). I think they have the same father; the other male used was r/w with r/w parents and grandparents. Of course we have to wait for the DNA results, but if Jasper is the sire then they are half-sisters with the same name!

Still would be related back there if Drummer, but how interesting that would be if they have the same Dad… and the same name... WOW..

  • What made you pick Kaia?

@DebraDownSouth: Very cute! I need to get Cara's sweater out.. oh wait. No cause with it cold, she's either under the covers in the warm, or goes out faster than it would take to put in on her. Sigh. they used to do that then we got them the boots and sweaters and now the love their walks even in the cold, but to go out in the yard to do business when its cold its a quick in and out too

We, my family and I, celebrate it since I am swedish (moved here about 18 years ago), but no it is a very swedish holiday. We eat "sill och potatis, jordgubbar och gr?dde" mums, even though we are here in TX. Usually we try to go home to Bor?s and G?teborg in the summer, but this year we are staying here.

@Buana: Wow! Definately ment to be…. Are you going to visit her brother once in a while? We'll definately be getting together for play dates. Mya will have to endure their terrier attitudes though. I'm sure she can handle her own!

@weeziesmom: I have tried chew bones to curb his chewing however he tries to take weezies and they fight over them You can teach him to leave hers alone. Make them both sit for their chew; give hers first and make him stay with you when she dashes off to chew. {helps him see that she gets one/he gets one, and also gives her a head start!} Make sure he knows you have one for him also. He must sit and make eye contact with you before he is given his treat. Once they both have a chew, make them stay in different spots. Stand between them, moving your body silently to block his attempts to get to her. If necessary, tell him "no" or "leave it". It shouldn't take long for him to learn that he gets his and she gets hers. Eventually, he will just look when you hand her the treat and will sit and stare at your face until he gets his own, then he'll run to his own spot to chew his bone.
