    @imbj - Thanks for posting this... any treatments for this in dogs is great and great that there is ongoing research ongoing for all cancer in dogs and humans too!

    @sanjibasenji Thanks for the article on Dog Genome Project - I found it very interesting. I was trying to figure out the interactive Genome wheel. It has the basenji closely related to the Azawakh and rat terrier but I’m still trying to figure out the first wheel which has the basenji listed w/ black/grey starting point. As far as the PBS Dog Tales video - it’s very interesting - it’s season 47 episode 2 - I highly recommend you watch the whole thing (54 minutes).

    I have a neutered male and people always mistake him for a female - I assume because they dont see any dangling "monkey brains" ….lol. In general, aren't females smaller in frame than males? I have noticed that females are usually smaller. But as mentioned by someone, if ppl arent familiar with the breed they wont know the difference.
