Basenji Park happen to be open the day of the dog show in Harrisburg PA.. So we figure hey let's go visit the gang & the staff :D :D

We were greeted by the lovely Dogtravlr & and BasenjiBoy! What a fun time we had & I'm so thankful for their wonderful hospitality & patience with such a novice B owner :o :o I learned a whole lot & enjoyed myself to no end. It was sad to leave but we hope to visit again soon:D :D

    Enjoy the pics!

You had me confused and then I realized you meant the write up on the other rescue (Okapi)… I like less white also. So I had to go look... wow, coloring reminds me of minpins. :) Cute dog though.

Looks like he is doing great at the dog park and with the other dogs - nice pictures, all of them! Gotta love the lhasa in the bright red coat - aren't we all thrilled we don't have to keep up with hair like that?!?

We got Killian from a breeder in Ohio–-Jim Edgerton. That's where he had gotten our previous male basenji. We took Logan and Jasmine to his place and looked at several 1 year olds and a puppies and Jasmine eliminated the others and we agreed with her pick.

Thanks Mark, welcome to the forum. Put your snow shoes on and trek on down to PA.:D Sadly it's not as nice and colorful at Basenji Park this time of year.:( It's a labor of love and I can't wait for the warm weather to return so I can plant more stuff!
