Does BRAT accept referrals for basenji mixes or basenjis in animal shelters/humane societies? If so, when should BRAT be contacted?

Okay, Brat will LIST basenji mixes, and they sometimes help with transport. You absolutely should contact for pure basenjis in shelthers or need. :)
