We went out with her today and did a few stops and we noticed she's reacting his way to all the men and she's fine with the women

To clarify, my husband does walk her when he is home (which is late evenings and weekends) and he does give her treats, etc. And up until she started her change in behaviour towards him 2 days ago, she would snuggle up to him and fall asleep on him every evening. That's why the only thing I can think that would help, is him (ONLY him) feeding her, by hand, on weekends.
I'm hoping for advice that can help improve her anxiety towards him.
@tanza He does take her out, he does walk with her in the late evening and gives her treats... However he isn't there for the feedings during the work week because of his schedule and this cannot be changed. That's why I said he should hand feed her on weekends...
Hi everyone! I need some advice please! Our new puppy is doing well, she has been with us for 2 weeks, she's 13 weeks now, she was easy to potty train, has learned some commands, etc. However, for the last 2 days she’s been nervous around my husband. She was fine with him the first 10 days home, would go sleep on his lap or shoulders. But now if he tries to pet her, she runs off and trembles. Nothing has changed in our routine, it’s like she suddenly didn’t recognize him. Has this happened to anyone? I work from home so she’s fine with me. She gets to see my husband only in the evenings, when he gets back home. She's also great with our two daughters. My husband loves her and feels bad that he can't even approach her anymore. Oh and yesterday evening she started peeing on the sofa while looking straight at him... and she normally goes outside to pee... maybe she was upset that he was home? I told him to hand feed her this weekend, I’m hoping this will help but any other advice would be greatly appreciated! I’d like to fix this ASAP. Thank you! 
I live in the same area as @jblair814 and the dog rescues here will neuter any pup before letting you adopt them. The same goes for some of the basenji breeders nearby, they will neuter the pups at around 11 or 12 weeks before letting you adopt them.
@tanza Hi Tanza, I'm getting a new puppy later this winter as well. Do you recommend doing the hernia surgery at the same time as neutering? Or should I just leave it alone since you mentioned it rarely needs to be repaired? Thanks

@debradownsouth Thanks, I was already going to bring the pup to the vet to get checked + vaccines but now I'll make sure to get the hips tested as well.
@tanza Yes I checked the site and the breeder did do the test for Fanconi (most dogs clear and a few carrier) and the Eyes (normal) but not the rest (hips, thyroid). I noticed the history for the dogs was available, some of the grandparents had all the tests done with thyroid being normal and hips being excellent. I also met all the dogs and they looked healthy and well socialized.
@lifewithava @tanza I checked with the breeder and she has a separate section where the puppies go potty, filled with a straw like material that you would normally see in a chicken coop.

@eeeefarm Thanks, I'll make sure to keep the pup in our room at night like you said. Hopefully I'll notice the signs when the pup needs to go! I'm worried I'll sleep through but I'm usually a light sleeper so it should work out.
@dagodingo Thanks. I just checked on the OFA list and I did see tests for Fanconi and the eyes. But nothing for the hips. However I have met all the breeder's dogs and they looked very healthy. Would I be able to notice the hip problem you mentioned?

@tanza Thank you for your reply The breeder only tests for Fanconi. So no other tests have been done. Is that unusual?
