No adoption fee for this girl and for once it appears someone has a reasonable explanation for needing to rehome their dog.
She doesn't look very Basenji in this photo, but I can see it in the ears and shape of her eyes.

My understanding is that this dog might be a mix. Also there are some skin issues that are at issue. So, will let you know more when I find out. BUT from what I heard, this dog can't be placed at this time.
