I ditto the sentiments above. Although I have not been tremendously active I do appreciate all the valuable information that is shared here in the Forum. I often come here to answers to my questions or concerns about my 2 B's - Dwjaad and Camerou. aka - Jenga and Rudy.
They have both turned 1 years old this month and I am happy to reach this milestone. We passed the year without too much damage to our house and contents when I look at some of the photos on the site. Wow have we been lucky. They are lovely boys who follow me everywhere. Jenga is so fast and it is such joy to see them running through the fields of snow with our german shepard in hot pursuit. They love to play and run in our creek!
I know I will continue to come here to find out more about Basenjis. Thank you everyone and a happy holiday to all.
New Addition

I wanted to let everyone know that on the 26th I will be adding a new addition to my family. An 8 week old male B. I have my digital camera ready for tons of pics!

Have you ever seen the picturs of weimaraners where they use a human body and put the dog's head in it? They were popular a few years back.

That would be a fun project, dressing up the B's in various costumes…...one's imagination could run wild on that one.:D

I think an original idea should be developed that is associated with bs. The weims dressed up is so classic for them. Bs should somehow be associated with messes. Maybe they should be paired with new furniture advertising or TP sales!!! Weims became so popular tho, they are having probs in rescue. They are very high energy and most people can't give them enough exercise. I think my idea would prevent Bs from becoming too popular and lots more ending up in rescue.
