Upside for a Eukanuba food, no corn. Downside, IMO, it's a bit low in protein and high in grains. It's nice to find one that is grain-free if you can. The dogfoodanalysis website is a good one to look around to do some research. Plus are a lot of threads on here discussing different good quality foods to get you started.

It is ok (reading the ingred list)… unless you want to go with no grains... I prefer less grains.. but there is much worse out there... and much better

It's second ingredient is brewers rice. Here's an explanation on that.
