CyrusVirus PoC information?

    Does anyone have any point of contact information for Jenn and Cale, the owners of Cyrus, or even Jenn's last name? Jenn used "CyrusVirus" as her forum name, but she hasn't posted a message since June 2008 nor has she responded to my private message in her member page.

    I am asking for help because I noticed that there was a Cyrus on the Zande Basenji pedigree website and he is supposed to be a littermate to my Tippy. I've tried getting Tippy's ACA pedigree from the ACA, but they refuse to provide that information because I do not have the ACA registration paperwork (I rescued and fostered Tippy on behalf of BRAT, and subsequently adopted him). Anyway, none of the families that owned Tippy previously would respond to my requests for them to provide ACA registration paperwork.

    So, I am hoping that, if I can get in touch with Jenn, that Jenn will have Cyrus' ACA registration paperwork, which will effectively be the same thing for Tippy, as they were born to the same parents.

    I can't listen to that, it would wake my girl up and well... I'm not into a "sing along" just now. ;) I will say that many canines howl and yodel and bay (at the moon, whenever a fire truck passes, etc.). I'm not certain that any one breed is distinctive enough to have a sound all their own, but many a proud owner would probably assert so.

    My undergraduate degree was in geophysics with a minor in applied math. I name all my Basenjis after Indian mathematicians. My current Basenjis are Madhava of Sangamagrama (Madhava for short) and Bramagupta (Bramagupta for short). They do respond to their "short" names.

    Having been hospitalized lately, I left an instruction sheet out for each of my Basenjis in case my husband also had an emergency hospital visit. This form would have been very useful and saved me a lot of writing. Thanks for posting. I'm not aware that our own KC has such a leaflet.

    **We have a few smalls and few mediums. Keep them filled with peanut butter in the freezer all the time. They last about a half day when they're in their crates and we're at work. They're like the special treats we give them once in a while to change things up a bit.**
