    The Basenji Club of Northern California will be hosting lure trials on December 2 and 3 at the Robertson Equestrian Center in Livermore, CA. This is the same field that will be used for the 2007 Nationals lure events.

    She looks great.. and Chealsie… don't worry about fencing when coursing... I have never seen a Basenji become that unsighted that they take off..... they might get lost, but for practice, they keep it just about under their noses....

    We're thinking about having another lure coursing fundraiser in November. It was so much fun this last time. Here is the photo album from the photographer. Zoni - she's a natural, can't wait to run her for real. He's a bit of a goof (and looks like a kangaroo in the pic :) ). I was more thrilled to watch him run than Zoni.     It was a great trial… One of my girls (who lives with Ann Patterson-Hine) is a new Dual Champion with back to back 5pt majors from this weekend.... YEA!!!! She is now DC* Tanza's Almazi Madini,SC,RN,CD,CGC,FCH (aka Crystal). Thanks to her Mom, Ann for putting on the Obedience Titles!!!! And she is loving her new baby B Brother.... Kobey..... Crystal is 6 1/2... and we have been trying to get her lure majors for quite a while... Crystal, while a good runner would beat herself by running the course before it ever started... LOL...
