Vitamin B…

I think some of you may have read about the problems I have been having with my 17 month old boy, Saba :(. At one of the shows we were at, it was suggested that we give him a Vitamin B supplement, as this does/can reduce anxiety. He is an anxious boy when people go over him on the showring table. I didnt think to ask what doses I should be giving him :o.

Can anyone give me the doses for a B ??? Also, if anyone has had any success with it helping with stress/anxiety, Id love to hear about it :):):).

I'd be interested in learning the dosage as well as whether this will help with other stresses (I'm still working through Luny's separation/aloneness issue).
