Well, whatever it is, it's cute as a button! The tail definitely looks Basenji, as do the ears.

Personally I think the picture closes the case, she is Chi/Basenji. I sure know one thing, it sure is a cute mix. I know you are so glad to see exactly what she/he is.

I don't think that is a Basenji.. but again a Rat Terrier/Chi cross… IMO
