Welcome to the forum! Your puppy is very nice. :) The tri male in that litter caught my eye early on and looks like he turned out to be breeder's pick. Very nice litter overall.
Welcome and so sorry to hear about the health issues of your two B's…. Thank you for opening up your home to them... And Thank Goodness we now have DNA tests for Fanconi so that no Basenji ever has to suffer with this horrible affliction.

I agree with the others that this is not a common practice among BCOA breeders. I am sorry that this happened to you and yes, you should get your deposit back.
