It has been a really good weekend for the Veterans at the Quirky Run. They have had some great runs. My kids won't be going for the third day so I won't have those results but it was a fun 2 days and done before 2pm each day.

In Southern California, for Thanksgiving Weekend the clubs down there hold a Turkey Run. When the Northern California clubs started holding trials on the same weekend they wanted a name for it and an Award for the best dog of the weeked. They decided on Quirky and on Sunday all the BOB dogs from the weekend are eligible to compete for the Best of the Quirky award.

Cool….. Hollister is about 1 1/2 from me..... now I know where to get fresh Walnuts!!!!! And you will have to come visit!!!!
I posted a race on www.youtube.com but I don't know which race it was.
Also put some practice runs on there for the doggies that wanted to try it.
The tiniest dog ( Shitzhu ) is my little doggy Lucy who was crying the whole time
she was watching because she wanted to run after the rabbit. She pulled and pulled
on the leash until I finally got her a chance to run at the end.
It was fun to watch and I hope to tape it again next time.I can put this on dvd if anybody
wants it. The camera is in high definition except that youtube is not high def.
