    I cannot thank you enough for the help. My other dog, Herbie, has been very patient with Chester. I hope someday they will be friends...and Chester will understand he is finally safe. Thank you again.

    I got a 15 week old puppy when my female was 8 and my male was 5. Both were happy to have a puppy around. They all spent hours chasing each other and the squirrels in the back yard around. Fortunately my puppy didn't pick up my female's habit of digging up the back yard.

    If you go to www.evergreenbasenjiclub.org and check on the speciality, left hand side of the page, it will give you details re the basenji weekend..the first weekend in Aug.;) Also check out the EBC site…they have lots of fun things through the year. Send them a note and tell them want your intested in. A very nice, welcoming group of great basenji folks...

    Check for Diabetes. Excess thirst can be a sign for other aliments. Get him to the vet for blood tests.
