  • I have joined Basenji forum before but lost my password. So I've re-joined now and am trying to learn my way around the website. I tried to post a picture of my basenji, Arlo but I couldn't figure out how. I was basically going around in a circle if you get my meaning, and got nowhere. Any suggestions?

  • You should be able to upload a picture by clicking on the icon second from right above the compose box. It should open a box showing your files and allowing you to navigate to the picture you want to select. Select it and click "open" and it should work. There may be a size limit, which may be the problem if your picture does not upload.

Sorry if we sound so disagreeable … but it is so important that the health of our breed is #1 on everyones list and that everyone understands and does as much health testing as possible before breeding... especially since we have genetic problems that we can't test for, the family tree becomes our only way of knowing what we might expect... and it is only fair to people thinking about getting a Basenjis as a family companion that they know what they might expect..... Everyone should visit the BCOA Health site (www.basenjihealth.org) and learn what is being done to find genetic testing and what everyone can do to help
