She is about 35 pounds, she will bark in a protective/territorial mode but only then. Loves to yoddle and sing along with music.

Nice looking girl. How tall is she? It might be interesting to do a DNA test.

She is about 19" at the shoulder. We have thought about it but I haven't heard good things about the reliability.

She is really cute though I don't see Basenji. Like Shirley said, only a DNA can tell you much for certain.

I don't see basenji in your rescue - she is a very cute doggie, and there very well may be feist in her. A DNA test would tell you everything and it's a good investment; it would help you know her personality traits and identify her behavior as well.

No idea, sometimes with mixes it's so hard to tell what the parentage is. I do think that your dog's head is a bit more refined than many of the pit mixes i've seen.

Actually, Ikea is my first choice for a new couch. Only because you can easily buy the replacement covers/parts ahead of time and keep them handy for "future repairs". I thought about leather, but I fear the costs to have it repaired in the future. My B only does some "digging" where he likes to sleep.
