    I can't listen to that, it would wake my girl up and well... I'm not into a "sing along" just now. ;) I will say that many canines howl and yodel and bay (at the moon, whenever a fire truck passes, etc.). I'm not certain that any one breed is distinctive enough to have a sound all their own, but many a proud owner would probably assert so.

    We use ones from Rukka. Not sure if they’re available everywhere but they are they best ones we have tried (others always fell off, especially in deep snow). I think having two Velcro closures on each sock has been key. I also prefer the soft shell ones as our B seems to accept them more and they don’t twist as much as the ones with a hard sole.     @Patty: When I have to take those of mine that are phased by vet visits I also make sure I include an interesting walk near the surgery. In that way they know that the visit is just a stop on the way to the walk. Oh what a great idea! I'll definitely use this. Thanks! :)

    I have been looking for one in our area as well. Even if just for a couple hours when the weather is poopy. Living in Ohio or weather is 98% crap and 2% raining. I would love to start my own day care here. It would be so much fun to play with the dogs all day!
