When it comes to animal concerns, possible abuse, dog fighting, or any other activity that could harmful to an animal, what are the responsibilities of a Veterinarian. What should they be required to report?

Thanks for the link. The information is a real eye opener. Its very surprising how many states do not require reporting. Maybe if they did more back yard breeders and puppy mills might get shut down.
