Hi everyone, knew to the forum but glad I found it!! I'll be getting my 9 week old red & white basenji-Finley in 2 weeks! I can't wait. I have some pictures of him that ill upload!
I agree with the others that this is not a common practice among BCOA breeders. I am sorry that this happened to you and yes, you should get your deposit back.
