    Monica, Another good place to start might be BCOSW. There is a pretty extensive breeder directory there, and if those breeders do not have puppy plans, they can probably direct you to others who do.     We have been blessed with a bit of a miracle thanks to ALL of your help!! We will be getting a Basenji this season from a Local CT breeder and yes avid tester AMAZING litter!!! (the original breeder we were working with)! Just waiting for the details to come thru!!     I think they're trying to look legit! Knowing that most "ethical" breeders ask a good amount for our dogs (course mind you we have a lot of money stuck into our dogs prior to the "sale" price). And the fact that we're not into dogs to make money.
