How sad is that….. sorry.. I have little time for people that have young human babies and then get not only one dog, but two.... I have had many people want "2" pups from me thinking that they would be "good "baby sitters" for their toddlers... NOT

I hope they go together into rescue. I would hate for one of them to be adopted without the other and be left at the shelter!

10 in basenji years is not too old - Digital's best year ever as an agility comeptitor was as a 10 year old. This little girl could still give someone the best years of her life.
