I never considered this possibility before, even when I say the most dangerous creatures at dog parks are other humans, not the dogs!

That is totally wonderful! That sweet little dog probably never knew he had a problem, but now he can be a little more like the other doggies he sees. Just have to love it! What a clever, and simple looking invention!

Wow, this lady takes action and is very dedicated to helping! Like she said people are very uneducated and unaware. Some people have very little sensitivity to an animal. Like she said "I have the dog for protection" and it's on some short chain". Thanks Petra for posting this.

Lisa thanks for the dog friendly site.
I am going to read it tonight and share it with every I know.
Also, going to mail my complaint form to the county so they can go check out this guy.
They probably won't be able to educate him out of this stupid thinking, but maybe they can make him upgrade the runs and keep him on a watch list.
Kindness, consistancy, and treats are the way to go to have dogs bond to you.
Fear is SO!!!!!!! old news, as my young nieces says…
