Hi Everyone,
Nice to see a new board talking about my favorite subject–basenjis. My name is Laura and I live in California with my husband, two basenjis and one cat.

When we got our first basenji -- Talker -- we had done our research and thought we were prepared to take on this beautiful breed. However, I don't think any amount of research prepared us for our first basenji. After two years of getting to know each other, both my husband and I agree that we would do it all over again. This is our breed of choice and our two basenjis have only brought us many many years of sheer love and enjoyment.
