Quick question–diarrhea

Akeyla has had diarrhea for a day now and I have read all the threads I can about diarrhea but I still have a question. I withheld food for 12 hours and then feed her chicken and rice last night. She doesn't seem to care much for the rice just the chicken. So…my quesion is can I replace the rice with plain oatmeal?
Also I didnt change anything about her diet to cause this frequent diarrhea however she is not going quite as much as yesterday. So any other advice anyone can give me will help.

You could try a little yogurt. Cook up some yams in place of the rice.
