New weight training videos

I took the kids for a spur of the moment weight pull workout after 4th of July activities. I had help for once to get some good vids. It was fairly hot and muggy, but the dogs took it well and really put in a good day. Poor kids, I had just done their nails and you can really tell with Mojo. lol We haven't been conditioning lately, but I do want to get back into the swing of things, especially with Nationals looming.
