Our little boy has finally arrived and wow… THIS IS GREAT !:D
He is ADOOOOORABLE. Has adapted wonderfully well... without crying he slept 3 periods of 2 hours last night, in his bench next to our bed but WITH THE DOOR OF THE BENCH WIDE OPEN. With the door closed he went completely berzerk ...:eek:
And every time he woke up I did too, we played for about 5 min. and he felt asleep again in my arms... back into his crate for another 2 hours and this morning at about 5.30 he felt he has been asleep long enough so it was : hello world, it's a new day !
Oh, he peeed and pooed in the garden for the first time. That's my boy !;)

He is such a sweet little creature … already trying to be a big boy but peeing and pooing everywhere in the house because he just can't control it yet haha.
What do you experts think of his weight: he is 8 weeks old and weighs 4600 gr. Yesterday it was 4390 gr. Is this good, too heavy or too light for his age. He is moderately active but sleeps a lot (most of the time).
During the night he sleeps in blocks of 2 hours, he then comes out of his crate to pee and then tries to jump on our bed. But he's not allowed to do this so my wife or I take him (on the edge of the bed ) in our lap and lullaby/rock him untill he falls asleep again after 5 min. We then put him back in his crate (always with the door open) and he sleeps another block of 2 hours.
Yesterday morning it was 5.30 AM when he awoke, this morning 6.15 AM so I'm confident that this also will inprove gradually.:)

Ohhh…. We're in Brussel this weekend..... and a whole week on a reparationcompany in Brussel... maybe..... :D
And yes, our pillow is from Ikea... we even got that rat-toy.... The B's are very crazy with that thing.. hahaha

Yep, you're quite right Janneke, both mom and dad of Bendji are Abotere's (Abotere's Badiri x Abotere's Malik) and Bendji's grandfather Baagna Qs Sparkler is also Fauzi's granddad !:)
Personally I have the impression that Bendji's head is a bit slimmer than Fauzi's (Australian lines) but they are of course ALL extremely beautiful !!;)
