That makes me hungry - not the fish heads :D, but the filets - yum! I absolutely know my kids would go nuts over the fish heads. They all love salmon - well any sort of fish I've given them actually. Maine shrimp season is just wrapping up (my favourite time of year) and they've been chowing on shrimp a couple of times a week as I've been getting it so often. They sit and wait patiently until I'm done and then I give them some. Brando is a bit of a resource guarder so something as high value as fish needs to be eaten in their crates.

The Department of Defense has nothing on our very own, furry, heat seeking missiles. Regardless of whether it is the sun, a space heater, a kerosene heater, a floor vent, or just a good ol' wood burning fire in the fireplace, they WILL find it and be as near as they can to it!

As soon as DH gets up in the late morning, Jack takes over his spot in bed and makes a little nest out of his pillows right in the sun. Then, in the afternoon, as the sun moves, he makes himself comfortable on the back of the couch, where he can lie in the sun AND watch the squirrels out of the window. But, when he gets too hot, he moves and lies right on the rug in front of the front door, where there is never any light.
