Too bad for the poor pets that have been through this or have died because of the lack of care in some airlines

I found the video for his commentary. He’s referring to the government bailing out the banks and mortgage companies – why not send federal aid to the shelters?

I saw this on TV and think Ben is making a great point!! I visit the shelter where I got Hollie almost weekly and take dog food and treats. Right now it's all I can do, but I know it is helping.

Good for you to do this for the dogs.
I always consider the dogs in shelters the lucky one.
Its the ones who are homeless and living by their wits I worry so very much about.
