hopefully Dex is just teething. I worked very hard to keep toy-drive in Zest as it can make training easier and more fun. And she still often gets a treat for retrieving or tugging her toys.

IMO, now would be a good time for Gooby and you to attend a Puppy Class. They will teach you commands like "leave it" and many more obedience commands followed up with a very high value treat. One much too yummy than that old goose poop!
