Kennel near Kings Dominion?

    Can anyone recommend a good kennel near Kings Dominon in Virginia? We would like to stop by there on our way up to the fun match in two weeks but we need a place for the dogs to stay while we are at the amusement park.

    Just thought I would check, I am online looking at places too.

    @JENGOSMonkey I WAS THERE FOR '89! I was a kid, but I remember the water coming out of the swimming pool in huge waves and everything falling from the shelves! I was actually born in San Jose, but moved around a lot later LOL I hear the wildfires are more of a concern for you guys now? That's scarier than quakes for me...

    @sanjibasenji Thanks for the article on Dog Genome Project - I found it very interesting. I was trying to figure out the interactive Genome wheel. It has the basenji closely related to the Azawakh and rat terrier but I’m still trying to figure out the first wheel which has the basenji listed w/ black/grey starting point. As far as the PBS Dog Tales video - it’s very interesting - it’s season 47 episode 2 - I highly recommend you watch the whole thing (54 minutes).

    @Kembe, nice post! We've gone to solid food chopped up in a food processor, but we're grinding it a bit more course as we go. So far, no puppies are choking, but good to know!

    Really amazing! What a crazy dog!! :D But if it would have been my dog, I wouldn't have allowed all the jumps from those really high places to the ground….
