Some things cannot be fixed. I urge you to get a qualified behaviorist (veterinary) to evaluate him. If he is truly unstable, rehoming him is not fair to him or the new home.

This female B mix is on the urgent list because the shelter is full. The shelter is located just south of Indianapolis, IN. I have not contacted the shelter to know if she is still available.
