Ask the breeder how big the sire and dam are. That's a good idea. My first basenji, who was a champion, weighed nearly 26 pounds when she matured. My 2nd one would have been about that, but thanks to steroids, we did good to keep her at 30. My current rescue is a giant. We won't go there. I first dreamed of a SMALL dog, maybe 15 pounds tops after years of being a BIG DOG person (rottweilers and chows). I don't see that ever happening.
New collars

Tillo's new collars finally arrived out of Canada!
He can't wear them both at the same time, so Lycia is wearing one as well
Lycia on the tip of her toes
Can I get a cookie?

You can never have too many collars… :p

Beautiful collars! You have fog like we do here. I can't use that kind of collar on Buddy as he would back out of it.

That's why I bought them.. Tillo backs out of all of his collars.. but not these.. They are martingales.

I will have to look into one. I bought a really good name tag for Buddy made of plastic with great lettering and it hangs a bit low and he was able to start chewing it yesterday before I stopped him. Always a challenge.
