    Jaycee went to vet today for rabies and check up and she has new weight.

    On April 25th my weight was 14 pounds.

    Today the 4th of June my weight was 19 Pounds almost 20 and I am 5 months and 1 week old.

    New pictures going to try to get on here.

    Otis just had his recheck from this weekends adventure and he weighs 21.4lbs and he is 5 months and 10 days, yes they are growing aren't they..
    He is doing great by the way. You can't even tell he had a run in with a silver colored Ford Taurus…

    Ah yeah though the site that I saw clearly had a picture of a Basenji representing the breed! Your link, they look nothing like Bs

    Hi @Vesna, it’s interesting you say that about the spay. Our tri-color actually just got spayed this week and her coat shed before that. I noticed small amount of black hair growing in where she shed, hopefully it grows back. What phase is your tri-color at? Did this just happen?

    Ah ok cool thanks, I had something like that when Safi was smaller and it was the most successful for sure. She outgrew it quite quickly though

    We use ones from Rukka. Not sure if they’re available everywhere but they are they best ones we have tried (others always fell off, especially in deep snow). I think having two Velcro closures on each sock has been key. I also prefer the soft shell ones as our B seems to accept them more and they don’t twist as much as the ones with a hard sole.     I think that unless the dog is of a breed that has a continuous grow coat, it will take awhile. Our huskies would take a long time too. -Joanne
