How awful.
Sounds like it could "just" be a blockage. I hope she can pass everything tou w/out tying things up in there. I don't suppose your vet would work with you on at least an X-ray with an extended payment plan? {I don't think mine would either, beyond a week or two of payments}.
Gypsy went through a bout of pancreatitus several years ago and we did nearly lose her. Cost me roughly $1,000 to keep her alive –dh was out of town and still thinks the final total was $400, which he felt we could ill afford. He would have just had her put down-- Even the vet thought she was a goner, esp. since I could't afford all the tests/treatments that they wanted to do. My vet was great, though, and talked me through a lot of home stuff.
I don't know what else you can do, w/out the money for at least a few tests. Try to keep her hydrated -- even if all she can do is lick ice cubes in your hand -- I would think that is of paramount importance.
And small amts of food to make sure it's getting in and staying in...and coming out.
