  • I'm sure everyone with two dogs can relate to this, run-wrestle-run-wrestle-run-wrestle…

  • That was excellent! Ever wonder which one was winning or how they don't get their eyes poked out? LOL - I can relate to this! Thanks!

  • Is this what I can expect when I get another B, I hope they don't hurt each other! Sahara is the one that does all the running in my house, my hubby and I chase her and she goes, and goes all over the house. She jumps on the couch, goes around the table, around the living room coffee table, down the hall, in the back guest room and back in the den to start all over again. She pants, and pants, and I will say, "Sahara, go get some water", she goes right for the water bowl the very second I say it. My hubby and I get the biggest kick out of this, b/c she will start right back doing the B500 where she left off, we laugh and have the best time with her, hence, why we love our Sahara soooooooo much, she is our baby girl.

Yes–you should definitely expect this--but I've never found it to be a constant thing. And I always worry that one of them is going to get hurt--but in the 17 years I have had Bs now, I've never had one get hurt doing the basenji 500 around the house.

    Great action film!

  • Very entertaining and funny…...yes I can relate.:)

  • That was excellent…I like the little half second breaks they take and then start right back up again. :D

Lela has always howled like a little wolf, but her full blown yodel is pretty recent ( she is 2,5 y. now). Usually when she feels left alone or doesn't see us. Binti (3,5 y.) howls a bit too, but less than Lela - she screams much more (at cats). She also has a deep humming sound, not unlike a small outboard engine that is not quite running properly. We hear that a lot when preparing her meals. We hear from other owners that every individual has a different repertoire.

Such pretty pups! Nothing like a tri-baby (times 6!). I'm sure their eager parents-in-waiting appreciate watching their pup grow… and of course, we're all enjoying it vicariously. :)

Yeah, he loves to chew. Right now it's defluffing tennis balls and cracking them open that entertains him. And chewing on sticks. I do have a kong he loves. High quality treats like pigs ears and such wouldn't do well here as there would be fights over them by all the dogs here, even if I gave each one one, they always want that which another dog has. I do have a few nylabones but he isn't too interested in them at the moment.

You're so lucky to have such cooperation from Nala AND your husband. For me, this would be like winning the lottery! :D :D
