Username change?

Is there a way to change my username? I don't see anything obvious under settings or edit profile. Please let me know if I'm completely missing something--thanks!

I thought, must be easy to edit. I can't find it either. I do find

Username History

but nothing under it, but obviously there is a WAY to do it. :(

Maybe do this then tell us all how to do it?
